Telephone Reassurance - Caledonia 

We all need to feel connected – sometimes a quick telephone call can make a world of difference and let us know that someone cares!  
Screened volunteers will make regular calls (daily, weekly, monthly) just to check in on a client.  If a client does not answer the telephone after repeated attempts at contact, the volunteer will call the office and the Program Manager will follow up with the client’s emergency contact.
