Programs That Support Wellbeing

Our wellness and social programs encourage engagement, therapeutic activity, recreation, and community connection for older adults adults living with disabilities.

Programs are designed to support overall wellbeing while helping participants remain active and socially connected.

H-NSSS has Adult Day Program locations in Simcoe and Cayuga that operate Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Each location offers both integrated and dementia specific programming and is staffed by a Recreational Therapist and Personal Support Worker.
