H-NCSSS exists to enhance the independence and quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities. By donating to H-NCSSS, you positively impact your community and its members by supporting the services and programs H-NCSSS provides - Transportation, Meals on Wheels, Diner’s Club, Friendly Visiting, Telephone Reassurance, Adult Day Programs, Hospice Palliative Care Outreach, Safety at Home, Home Maintenance, and Caregiver Support.

H-NCSSS follows school closure announcements as a guideline. If schools or buses are canceled due to inclement weather, all services will be automatically canceled. Clients are advised to always have a backup transportation plan, especially during the winter months.
