Service supplying home delivery of hot and/or frozen meals to clients to promote good health, independence and social interaction.

Transportation - 20,616 one-way trips

Individually escorted transportation service provided by volunteers for the purpose of attending medical appointments and other essential requirements.  Service also includes our Van transportation.

Day Away - 2,934 Alzheimer / 2,092 Frail Elderly

Support service which provides supervised activities for the frail elderly and those in the early stages of dementia to achieve their maximum level of functioning in a group setting.

Security Checks - 9,337 calls

Regular contact with persons living on their own to reassure assistance is available as needed, monitoring well-being and reducing isolation.

Diners' Club - 2,288 diners' club services

Transportation of clients to a central location for nourishing meals, socialization,  information and entertainment.

Friendly Visiting -  2,363 visits

Ongoing one-to-one relationship in-home contact to facilitate social contact and monitor safety and security.

Hospice Volunteer Visiting -  1,728 visits

Volunteer visitation of palliative care clients under the supervision of our Hospice Volunteer Coordinator.

Home Maintenance Brokerage - 12,331 contacts

Individual home assistance with heavy house cleaning and exterior home and yard maintenance.
