Our Safety at Home program helps seniors maintain their mobility and independence by offering a range of services including: a FREE Home Safety Assessment, recommendations to help seniors remain safe in their home, Falls Prevention Education, assistance with snow removal, referrals to other services and programs, and assistive devices support.
