Haldimand-Norfolk Community Senior Support Services (HNCSSS) is committed to maintaining your privacy and the confidentiality of our client’s personal information.

Personal information collected by HNCSSS is used for the following purposes:

• To enable screened volunteers and staff to deliver services to you which have been requested by you, your family or caregiver.
• To provide you with information you have requested about community support services for seniors and adults with disabilities
• To process a payment for a service and/or process and receipt a donation made to HNCSSS
• To ensure your safety and well-being in an emergency situation.

At the time of assessment, staff will inform you of the purposes for which we are collecting personal information and obtain your consent for use of this information as listed above.

HNCSSS will not provide or share your personal information with third parties unless:

• You authorize us to share the information
• Sharing the information is necessary to process a payment or donation
• A situation arises where your safety and well-being are at risk.
