What is Aphasia?

Aphasia is a communication probelm, usually following a stroke or brain injury affecting the language areas of the brain.

Aphasia is a problem with language, not a prblem with thinking or intellect. 

People with Aphasia know more than they can say.

  • Improve communication skills and confidence
  • Run by a speech-language pathologist and trained volunteers
